Position: Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:
Supporting Recruitment: Help with coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Learning the Ropes: Shadow the senior recruiter to learn the full-cycle recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
Sourcing Talent: Begin sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms—with guidance and support.
Working with Hiring Managers: Join meetings to understand role requirements and assist in keeping hiring on track.
Promoting Humanoo: Help us share our team culture and values on social media and job platforms.
Process Improvements: Share your fresh perspective and contribute to small improvements in how we recruit.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Some exposure to recruitment (internship, working student role, or first job)—or a strong motivation to start your career in Talent Acquisition.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)—but don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in English; German is a plus, but not required.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Upon receiving your application, our team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to respond within 3-5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:
Call with the Head of People - 60 mins
Call with the CEO - 60 mins
Call with the People team members - 60 mins
After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our team will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
