ABOUT THE POSITION
Position: Customer Success (Insurance) Team Support on Mini-job basis (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany
This mini-job position (EUR 556) involves working approximately 9.5 hours per week on a flexible schedule coordinated with the team.
The role focuses on handling routine tasks related to customer information and actively contributing to the success of the Customer Success team.
The team works closely with customers to ensure a first-class experience from onboarding to subscription renewal with the goal of making people healthier.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing, reviewing, and validating user data and contributions in the CMS to ensure users receive their rewards.
- Managing user communication via the CMS to engage users and keep them informed.
- Supporting the team with data analyses and reports on key metrics to optimize internal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on essential tasks to be successful.
- Passion for understanding customers and helping them succeed.
- Analytical skills and enjoyment in developing creative solutions are a plus.
