Position: Customer Success (Insurance) Team Support on a mini-job basis (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Your Mission, in a nutshell: In your role, you are responsible for handling various routine tasks related to customer information and actively contribute to the success of our Customer Success team.
This mini-job position (EUR 556) involves approximately 9.5 hours per week, working on a flexible schedule coordinated with your team.
The Team: We are a dedicated team of professionals working closely with our customers to provide a first-class experience from onboarding to subscription renewal with the goal of making people healthier.
How You Will Spend Your Time:
- Manage, review and approve user data and contributions in the CMS to ensure users receive their rewards.
- Control user communication via the CMS to promote engagement and keep users informed.
- Support the team with data analysis and reports on relevant metrics to optimize internal processes.
What You Should Bring:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, French knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus on what is essential for success.
- Passion for understanding customers and supporting them on their path to success.
- Analytical skills and enjoyment in developing creative solutions are a big plus.
