Data Analyst Internship

22 June - 31st July: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible on total hours). UK, Remote-first.
This is an unpaid internship focused on learning, mentorship and real-world experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Dive deep into an area of our product or service and drive decision making with actionable insights, clear visualisations and data storytelling.
  • Understand business, processes and complexities through data.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate ideas into analytical problems and solve them.
  • Design and build dashboards to track key metrics, surface anomalies, and bring insights to life.
  • Build clear, insightful reports that explain what’s happening and why.

What We’re Looking For

Passion for fertility and reproductive health and for data. Requirements include:
  • Currently studying a numerate or science-based STEM degree
  • Strong understanding of data visualisation techniques and best practices
  • Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity to understand business problems and ask thoughtful questions of data
  • Experience with R, Python or SQL is a bonus but not required

Your Team & Working Hours

Work closely with the Data Team reporting to Sofia Vaz, Senior Data Analyst, collaborating across teams. Suggested working hours are 28 hours per week Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday; flexible to your needs.

Interview Process & Important Dates

Apply by: 16th March. Interviews begin: 9th March. Start date: 22nd June 2026.
  • Initial Phone Interview: 15-minute call with Talent Team.
  • Hiring Manager + Task Interview: structured interview with Sofia and Lorna; complete a short data task and discuss your approach.
  • Final Interview: two 15-minute conversations with Co-Founders Helen O’Neill and Natalie Getreu.
