This is an unpaid internship focused on learning, mentorship and real world experience.
Why Hertility?
Hertility was born out of a need for preventative, personalised and dedicated expert healthcare across a woman’s hormonal lifespan. Hertility’s at-home diagnostic testing, telemedicine, treatments, prescriptions, and clinical services provide advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline, and the onset of menopause, as well as the diagnosis of 18 conditions. Hertility reduces diagnosis times for some conditions from nine years to six days.
Having completed over 29 clinical studies, published in leading scientific journals and presented at more than 25 national and international scientific and clinical conferences, Hertility is committed to expanding its research and clinical programmes, deepening understanding of reproductive health and influencing policy.
By setting a new standard of scientific rigour and education in women’s health, Hertility aims to nurture a movement supporting women from menstruation through menopause.
Why You’ll Love This Internship
As a B2B Marketing Intern, you will join the Business Development Team for the summer of 2026 and play an integral role in our growing company. You will work on meaningful, live projects that make a real impact on women’s health. You will gain hands-on experience building B2B campaigns, develop practical skills in marketing collateral development and creation, and learn what a marketing role looks like in a commercial setting while being part of a passionate team that values curiosity, collaboration, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work on core execution across B2B campaigns, events, and marketing operations, supporting the team with:
- Supporting copywriting and scheduling for social media (primarily LinkedIn).
- Assisting with the creation of event and campaign collateral to support our B2B outreach.
- Developing and maintaining presentation decks and marketing templates.
- Assisting with campaign builds and execution support within HubSpot.
- Supporting general marketing administration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Contributing to the production of assets across email and sales collateral.
This is a course-related internship, so your work will align with your academic learning and provide practical experience relevant to your studies.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:
- Relevant experience: a passion for marketing, content creation, and events planning. Any exposure to Canva, Google Slides, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Detail led: high standards for your work, strong attention to detail and the ability to follow briefs closely.
- Tone of voice: strong written communication skills and an ability to adapt writing for different audiences.
- Team work: collaborative, eager to learn, open to feedback, and supportive of the wider commercial team.
You will report directly to Becky Tugwell, B2B Marketing Manager, and work closely with the Business Development Team.
Your working hours
Suggested working hours are 28 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday. Hertility is flexible according to your needs.
Culture & Values
Hertility values being bold, focused, dependable and proud. The company believes in lifting each other up, working with heart and staying true to its mission to expand access to reproductive healthcare.
Support, Diversity & Inclusion
