Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health issues. Our applications cover areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Currently, six out of ten HelloBetter applications are approved as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription to all adult insured persons.

As a working student in our Business Development team, you will be responsible for researching, structuring, and preparing our sales team datasets and thereby directly expanding our network of therapists and doctors.

As a working student in our Business Development team, you will be responsible for researching, structuring, and preparing our sales team datasets and thereby directly expanding our network of therapists and doctors.
Your Tasks
- Independent maintenance of data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Research, structuring, and preparation of sales team datasets
- Close exchange with the Sales Operations Team and our Sales Managers
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of various campaigns and events
- Support of our Business Development team in other varied projects
Your Profile
Must Haves
- Currently studying at a university in the fields of business administration, business psychology, psychology, or similar
- Enrolled at a university for at least one more year
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- First practical experiences from projects, working student activities, or internships in an economic or clinical work environment
- First experiences with CRM systems like HubSpot
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally work on print campaigns from our Berlin-Mitte office

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter in cooperation with universities such as Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University and others has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas, covering both prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses like depression, anxiety or panic disorders, as well as topics like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.
