Your role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health challenges. Our programs cover areas such as stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus and sleep disorders.
Six out of ten of our programs are approved as digital health applications and are available on prescription at no cost to insured adults.
In our Business Development team you will work as a working student on research, structuring and preparation of our sales team datasets and thus directly help expand our network of therapists and physicians.

Your tasks
- Independently maintain data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Research, structure and prepare datasets for the Sales team
- Close collaboration with the Sales Operations team and our Sales Managers
- Support with preparation and follow-up of various campaigns and events
- Support the Business Development team in other varied projects
Your profile
Must haves
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology or similar
- At least one year remaining in your studies
- Good skills in Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- First practical experience from projects, working student roles or internships in a business or clinical environment
- Initial experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Fluent French, spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally support print campaigns from our Berlin-Mitte office

About us
HelloBetter (formerly GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH) was founded in 2015 by internationally recognised researchers and psychologists. In more than 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs across eight problem areas in cooperation with academic partners including Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Harvard University. These programs serve both prevention and treatment of common mental disorders such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, and also address topics like vaginismus or chronic pain.
