Hourly Wage: 13.75 €
Remote Policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin and Hamburg, but full remote is not possible for this position as some tasks must be performed in the Berlin office.

Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare, developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health issues. Their applications cover stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.

Six out of ten applications are approved as digital health applications, available free on prescription for all adult insured individuals.

In the Business Development Team, as a working student, you will be responsible for researching, structuring, and preparing sales team data sets, directly expanding the network of therapists and doctors.

Your Tasks

  • Independently maintain data in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Research, structure and prepare sales team data sets
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Team and Sales Managers
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of various campaigns and events
  • Assist the Business Development Team in other diverse projects

Your Profile

Must Haves
  • Currently enrolled in a university in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology or similar
  • At least one more year of enrollment at the university
  • Willingness to occasionally work from the Berlin-Mitte office for print campaigns
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Haves
  • First practical experience from projects, working student jobs, or internships in a business or clinical environment
  • Initial experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken

About Us

HelloBetter was founded in 2015 as GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. It has developed and evaluated 10 online programs through over 30 randomized controlled studies in cooperation with multiple universities and partners, covering prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses and issues like vaginismus and chronic pain, with the broadest study base among providers.

Six therapy programs from HelloBetter are approved as digital health applications by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are freely available on prescription for all insured adults. Their expert team’s work has been published in international journals and awarded various prizes.

The company is based in Berlin and Hamburg with more than 130 employees.
