HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health issues, covering stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six out of ten HelloBetter applications are approved as digital health applications and available free on prescription for insured adults.

As a Working Student Digital Health (m/f/x) in our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for researching, structuring, and preparing our sales team's datasets and thus directly expanding our network of therapists and doctors.

As a Working Student Digital Health (m/f/x) in our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for researching, structuring, and preparing our sales team's datasets and thus directly expanding our network of therapists and doctors.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent maintenance of data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Research, structuring, and preparation of sales team datasets
- Close interaction with the Sales Operations Team and Sales Managers
- Support in preparing and following up on various campaigns and events
- Support the Business Development Team in diverse projects
Your Profile
Must Haves
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, or similar
- Enrolled for at least one more year
- Willingness to work occasionally from the Berlin-Mitte office for print campaigns
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Practical experience from projects, working student roles, or internships in business or clinical settings
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
