Your role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare (DiGA). For more than 10 years we have developed evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our programs cover areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus and sleep disorders.

Six out of ten of our applications are now approved as digital health applications and are available on prescription free of charge for all insured adults in Germany.

As a Sales Manager you will build relationships with medical directors, chief physicians, senior physicians and lead psychotherapists in clinics. You will focus on a region in southern and western Germany. The role involves frequent travel and overnight stays to build a broad network of contacts. Your goal is to inform about our digital health applications (DiGA) and the Digital Care Act (DVG). From segmentation to full account management for clinics, you will be responsible for the whole process. You will conduct online and in-person trainings to inform clinicians in hospitals and outpatient clinics about DiGA and integrate HelloBetter into care. After initial training it is important to maintain relationships regularly and support decision-makers to scale DiGA in their area.

Your tasks

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region (South and West Germany) through personal and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
  • Targeted outreach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in clinics through on-site conversations.
  • Sales activities: Develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies. Focus areas include running multi-hour, partly CME-certified online and in-person trainings.
  • Data analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Represent HelloBetter at nationwide specialist congresses, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Work closely across teams to achieve shared goals.

Your profile

Must haves
  • Experience selling to HCPs, especially physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independence and self-motivation, with initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Comfort with digital tools and communication channels
  • Strong team skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays as needed
  • Native-level German and fluent English (company language)

Nice to haves
  • Academic background in psychology or medicine
  • Experience selling to HCPs working in hospitals
  • Extensive network in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in digital health, medical technology or pharmaceuticals
If you are an entry-level candidate interested in a junior position in our sales team, please feel encouraged to apply. We look forward to learning about your motivation.
