HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare, developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions like stress, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders. As Junior Sales Operations Manager, you support continuous optimization and scaling of sales operations by maintaining and improving CRM systems, driving sales analytics, supporting key sales projects, and contributing to the professionalization and documentation of sales processes across markets.

They have developed and evaluated 10 online programs for mental health conditions through over 30 randomized-controlled studies in cooperation with universities like Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University of Amsterdam, Harvard University, and others. The programs address prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, panic disorders, vaginismus, and chronic pain, boasting the broadest study base among providers.
