Your mission
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare, developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions like stress, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders. Six of the ten applications are approved digital health applications available free of charge by prescription to insured adults in Germany.
As Junior Sales Operations Manager, you support continuous optimization and scaling of sales operations by maintaining and improving CRM systems, driving sales analytics, supporting key sales projects, and contributing to the professionalization and documentation of sales processes across markets.

Your objectives
- Data Management: Enter new leads into CRM, ensure correct workflows, delete incorrect data, maintain high lead qualification.
- CRM Optimization: Assist in continuous improvements and maintenance of HubSpot CRM including tool migrations, automations, and workflow setups.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Create regular sales reports and conduct analyses with Data Team for strategic support.
- Project Support: Support sales teams with targeted outreach campaigns and other projects.
- AI Tools: Research and implement AI-based tools to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Setup & Documentation: Support the setup and documentation of operational processes for new partnerships and territory management.
- International Scaling: Assist in launching sales operations in new markets, e.g., CRM setup for France team.
Your profile
Must Haves:
- First experience or strong interest in sales operations, business development, or CRM administration.
- Analytical skills and affinity for data-driven work such as reporting, dashboards, and sales analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally with Data and Sales teams.
- Proactive hands-on mentality and drive for process optimization.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Interest in digital health or tech-driven environments.

HelloBetter was founded in 2015 by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. They have developed and evaluated 10 online programs for mental health conditions through over 30 randomized-controlled studies in cooperation with universities like Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University of Amsterdam, Harvard University, and others. The programs address prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, panic disorders, vaginismus, and chronic pain, boasting the broadest study base among providers.
