HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications to prevent and treat mental stress. Our applications cover various areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders. As a Junior Patient Support Manager, you will leverage your communication skills and psychological expertise to ensure a positive course start for our patients. Your role involves communicating complex information clearly and primarily over the phone to our patients.

  • Contact interested patients by phone for participation in our online therapy programs
  • Explain the process and functionality of our therapy programs
  • Conduct needs analysis to assess the suitability of our programs for patients’ individual needs
  • Address questions and concerns of potential patients regarding our offers
  • Explain the prescription process and assist with registration
  • Support registered patients with organizational or technical issues during their participation
