Salary Band:
IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus (variable bonus based on annual goals) + VSOP (10% of annual salary)
IC L2 Mid-Level: 44-52k € + 30k € Bonus (variable bonus based on annual goals) + VSOP (15% of annual salary)
IC L3 Senior: 58-72k € + 30k € Bonus (variable bonus based on annual goals) + VSOP (20% of annual salary)
Remote Policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin and Hamburg

Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.

Currently, six out of ten HelloBetter applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you play a central role in the growth and further development of your region. You build targeted relationships with doctors and therapists to successfully position our product portfolio and the Digital Health Care Act (DVG). You benefit from the flexibility to work from home.

Your Tasks

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through online presentations, phone calls, emails, letters, and fax.
  • Sales Measures: Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain your contacts in our HubSpot CRM system to ensure seamless and efficient communication.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local doctor network events and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Field Sales, Marketing, Service and Content departments to achieve common goals.

Your Profile

Must Haves
  • First experience in sales or business development: Proven responsibility for sales goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independence and self-motivation, as well as initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Confident handling of digital applications and communication channels: Routine use of modern tools
  • German at native speaker level and fluent English as corporate language

Nice To Haves

About Us

HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled studies, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs from eight specific problem areas, which serve both the prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also cover topics such as vaginismus or chronic pain. Thus, HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.

Meanwhile, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured persons. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (including The Journal of the American Medical Association) and has been recognized with various awards (including the Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).

The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 employees.
