IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual fixed salary)

Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.

Currently, six out of ten applications by HelloBetter are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are significantly responsible for the growth and further development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio as well as the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not out in the field, you have the opportunity to work flexibly from home.

Your Tasks

  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
  • Targeted approach: Identifying and approaching potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
  • Sales measures: Developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted sales strategies for marketing our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Conducting data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Representing the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local medical network events, and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Close cooperation with the inside sales, marketing, service, and content departments to achieve common goals.

Your Profile

Must Haves
  • Residence in Düsseldorf or the Ruhr area
  • First experience in sales or business development: Proven responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independence and self-motivation, as well as first experiences in a fast-paced work environment
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Confident handling of digital applications and communication channels: Routine in using modern tools
  • Strong team skills to collaborate effectively with different departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays as needed
  • Native level German and fluent English as company language

Nice To Haves

About Us

HelloBetter was founded under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists in 2015. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs across eight specific problem areas in cooperation with Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University, and other partners. These programs serve both the prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, or panic disorders, but also cover topics such as vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter therefore has the broadest study situation among all providers.

Meanwhile, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved as digital health applications by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are available free of charge for all insured adults on prescription. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (e.g., The Journal of the American Medical Association) and honored with various awards (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).

The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 people.
