Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Currently, six of ten applications from HelloBetter are approved as digital health applications. They are available free on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio as well as the Digital Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not on the road, you have the option to work flexibly from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, telephone, email, letters).
- Targeted Approach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
- Sales Measures: Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local medical network events, and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with the Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Content departments to achieve common goals.

Your Profile
Must Haves- First experience in sales or business development: Proven responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independence and self-motivation, as well as first experiences in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Confident use of digital applications and communication channels: Routine in using modern tools
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays at your discretion
- Native-level German and fluent English as the corporate language

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter in cooperation with Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University, and other partners has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas that serve both the prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also issues such as vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.
Currently, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all insured adults. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (including The Journal of the American Medical Association) and awarded various prizes (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).
The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 people.
