Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital health care. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.

Currently, six out of ten applications from HelloBetter are approved as digital health applications. They are available free on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are significantly responsible for the growth and further development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio as well as the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not in the field, you have the opportunity to work flexibly from home.

Your Tasks

  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
  • Targeted approach: Identification and approach of potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
  • Sales measures: Development, implementation, and evaluation of targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Conducting data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Representing the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local medical network events, and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Close cooperation with the departments of Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Content to achieve common goals.

Your Profile

Must Haves
  • Residence in the greater Leipzig area
  • First experience in sales or business development with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independence and self-motivation, as well as initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Confident handling of digital applications and communication channels: routine use of modern tools
  • Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with different departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays as needed
  • German at native speaker level and English fluent as company language

Nice To Haves

About Us

HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter, in cooperation with Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University of Amsterdam, Harvard University, and other partners, has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas covering both prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, or panic disorders, as well as topics like vaginismus or chronic pain. Thus, HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.

Currently, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free on prescription for all insured adults. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (e.g., The Journal of the American Medical Association) and awarded various prizes (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).

The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs over 130 people.
