Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have developed evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six out of ten HelloBetter applications are certified as digital health applications and are available for free on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not on the road, you have the opportunity to work flexibly from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted Approach: Identification and approach of potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal on-site conversations.
- Sales Measures: Development, implementation, and evaluation of targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at nationwide professional congresses, local physician network events, and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with the Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Content departments to achieve common goals.

Your Profile
Must Haves- First experience in sales or business development: proven responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independence and self-motivation, as well as initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Confident handling of digital applications and communication channels: routine use of modern tools
- Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays at your discretion
- Native-level German and fluent English as the corporate language

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In more than 30 randomized controlled studies, HelloBetter in cooperation with Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University, and other partners developed and evaluated 10 online programs from eight specific problem areas, covering both prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also topics like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest evidence base among all providers.
So far, six therapy programs by HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all insured adults. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (e.g., The Journal of the American Medical Association) and awarded various prizes (including the Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).
The company is based in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 people.
