IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual fixed salary)

Your Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for growth and development in your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio including the Digital Health Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not out in the field, you have the option to work flexibly from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contacts (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted Approach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in medical practices and medical care centers through personal visits.
- Sales Measures: Develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local doctor network events and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with inside sales, marketing, service and content departments to achieve common goals.
Your Profile
- First experience in sales or business development: Proven responsibility for sales targets
- Distinct communication and presentation skills
- Independence and self-motivation, as well as some experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Confident use of digital applications and communication channels: Routine use of modern tools
- Strong teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with different departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel within your region, including using a company car and overnight stays as needed
- Native-level German and fluent English as company language
Nice to Haves
- University degree in healthcare, psychology, business/management or marketing
- First experience in SaaS, digital health, medical technology or pharma
- Extensive network in healthcare
- Experience in sales to doctors, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
- Experience with trade show management / event management
- Experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas for the prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, or panic disorders, as well as topics like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter thus has the most extensive study base among all providers.
Currently, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free on prescription for all insured adults. The expert team's work has been published in international journals (e.g., The Journal of the American Medical Association) and awarded various prizes (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).
The company is based in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 employees.
