Salary band:
IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual fixed salary)
IC L2 Mid-Level: 44-52k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (15% of annual fixed salary)
IC L3 Senior: 58-72k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (20% of annual fixed salary)

Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.

Currently, six out of ten HelloBetter applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not out in the field, you have the opportunity to work flexibly from home.

Your Tasks

  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, telephone, email, letters).
  • Targeted approach: Identifying and approaching potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
  • Sales measures: Developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Conducting data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Representing the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local medical network events, and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Close cooperation with the departments Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Content to achieve common goals.

Your Profile

Must Haves
  • First experience in sales or business development: proven responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independence and self-motivation, as well as some experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Confident use of digital applications and communication channels: routine use of modern tools
  • Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with various departments and colleagues and achieve joint goals
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including the use of a company car and overnight stays at your discretion
  • Native-level German and fluent English as the corporate language

Nice To Haves

About Us

HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs across eight specific problem areas, serving both the prevention and treatment of classical mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also issues like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.

Currently, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all insured adults. The expert team's work has been published in international journals (including The Journal of the American Medical Association) and recognized with various awards (including Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).

The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 people.
