Salary Range:
IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus (variable, based on annual goals) + VSOP (10% of annual fixed salary)
IC L2 Mid-Level: 44-52k € + 30k € Bonus (variable, based on annual goals) + VSOP (15% of annual fixed salary)
IC L3 Senior: 58-72k € + 30k € Bonus (variable, based on annual goals) + VSOP (20% of annual fixed salary)
Remote Policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin and Hamburg
Your Role
Six of our ten applications are approved digital health applications, available for free on prescription for all adult insured individuals.
As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not in the field, you have the flexibility to work from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted Contact: Identifying and approaching potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
- Sales Measures: Developing, implementing and evaluating targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data Analysis: Performing data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event Participation: Representing the company at nationwide professional congresses, local doctor network events and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with the departments of Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content to achieve common goals.
Your Profile
- Initial experience in sales or business development with proven responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independence and self-motivation, as well as initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Proficiency with digital applications and communication channels: routine use of modern tools
- Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays as needed
- Native-level German and fluent English as corporate language
- University degree in healthcare, psychology, business/management or marketing
- Initial experience in SaaS, digital health, medical technology or pharma
- Extensive network in healthcare
- Experience selling to doctors, psychiatrists, and psychotherapists
- Experience in trade show management/event organization
- Experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas in cooperation with universities and partners worldwide, including prevention and treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, vaginismus, and chronic pain.
