IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus (variable bonus based on annual goals) + VSOP (10% of annual fixed salary)

IC L3 Senior: 58-72k € + 30k € Bonus (variable bonus based on annual goals) + VSOP (20% of annual fixed salary)

Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For over 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our applications cover various areas including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Currently, six out of ten HelloBetter applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured persons.

As a Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You build sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Supply Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not in the field, you have the option to work flexibly from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted approach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal on-site conversations.
- Sales measures: Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event participation: Represent the company at nationwide professional congresses, local medical network events, and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Close cooperation with the departments of Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Content to achieve common goals.

Your Profile
Must Haves- First experience in sales or business development: Demonstrable responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independence and self-motivation, as well as initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Confident handling of digital applications and communication channels: Routine in using modern tools
- Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and colleagues and achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel in your region, including the use of a company car and overnight stays at your discretion
- Native-level German and fluent English as company language

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 as GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. Through over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs across eight specific problem areas for both prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, or panic disorders, as well as issues like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest evidence base among providers.
Six therapy programs by HelloBetter have been approved as digital health applications by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are available free on prescription for all insured adults. The expert team's work has been published in international journals (including The Journal of the American Medical Association) and has received various awards (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).
