Salary bands (transparent):
  • IC L1 Junior: €42,000 - €49,000 + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual base salary)
  • IC L2 Mid-Level: €44,000 - €52,000 + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (15% of annual base salary)
  • IC L3 Senior: €58,000 - €72,000 + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (20% of annual base salary)
  • *plus performance kicker

Your role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have developed evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. As a Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the growth and development of your region. You will build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not visiting customers, you can work flexibly from your home office.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant regional contacts through personal and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
  • Targeted outreach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through on-site conversations.
  • Sales activities: Develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event representation: Represent the company at national professional congresses, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content teams to achieve shared goals.

Your profile

Must haves
  • Resident in Lower Saxony or North Rhine-Westphalia, ideally in Bielefeld, Osnabrück or Hannover
  • Initial experience in sales or business development with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently; experience in fast-paced environments
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Comfortable using digital tools and communication channels
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments and colleagues
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and occasional overnight stays
  • German at native level and fluent English (company language)
Nice to haves
  • University degree in health sciences, psychology, business, management or marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, digital health, medical technology or pharma
  • Established network in the healthcare sector
  • Experience selling to physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
  • Event management or trade show experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar CRM

About us

HelloBetter (formerly GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH) was founded in 2015 by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. We have developed and evaluated multiple online programs across various mental health areas in randomized controlled trials with academic partners. Six of our therapy programs have been approved as digital health applications by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are available on prescription for insured adults. The company is headquartered in Berlin and Hamburg and employs over 130 people.
