IC L1 Junior: 42-49k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual base salary)

IC L3 Senior: 58-72k € + 30k € Bonus* + VSOP (20% of annual base salary)

Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare, developing evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. As a Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the growth and development of your region. You will build sustainable relationships with physicians and therapists and successfully position our product portfolio and the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not in the field, you may work flexibly from home.

Tasks

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region via in-person and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, mail).
  • Targeted outreach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical centers through personal on-site conversations.
  • Sales activities: Develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Represent the company at nationwide medical conferences, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content teams to achieve shared goals.

Profile

Must haves
  • Resident in northern Bavaria or Hesse, ideally Würzburg, Kassel or Fulda
  • Initial experience in sales or business development with demonstrated responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivation, with experience in fast-paced environments
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
  • Confident use of digital applications and communication channels
  • Strong team skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays as needed
  • German at native level and fluent English (company language)
Nice to haves
  • University degree in healthcare, psychology, business/management or marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, digital health, medtech or pharma
  • Established network in the healthcare sector
  • Experience selling to physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
  • Experience with trade show booths / event management
  • Experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.)

HelloBetter (formerly GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH) was founded in 2015 by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. We have developed and evaluated 10 online programs across eight problem areas in over 30 randomized controlled trials in cooperation with several universities and partners. Six therapy programs have been approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are available on prescription for insured adults.
