Your role
HelloBetter is a leader in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have developed evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions, covering areas such as stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic and anxiety, vaginismus and sleep disorders. Six of our applications are currently approved as digital health applications and are available on prescription for insured adults.
As a Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for growth and development in your region. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and therapists, position our product portfolio and the Digital Health Care Act successfully in the market, and work flexibly from home on days you are not in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region via in-person and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted outreach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through on-site visits.
- Sales activities: Design, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event representation: Represent the company at national medical conferences, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content teams to achieve shared goals.
Candidate profile
Must haves
- Resident of North Rhine-Westphalia, ideally Essen or Dortmund
- Initial experience in sales or business development with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of healthcare decision makers
- Comfortable with digital tools and communication channels
- Strong team player able to collaborate across departments
- Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and occasional overnight stays
- Native-level German and fluent English (company language)
Nice to haves
- University degree in health, psychology, business/management or marketing
- Experience in SaaS, digital health, medtech or pharma
- Established network in the healthcare sector
- Experience selling to physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
- Event management or trade show experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar CRMs
