Salary bands (base):
  • IC L1 Junior: 42,000 - 49,000 EUR + 30,000 EUR bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual base salary)
  • IC L2 Mid-Level: 44,000 - 52,000 EUR + 30,000 EUR bonus* + VSOP (15% of annual base salary)
  • IC L3 Senior: 58,000 - 72,000 EUR + 30,000 EUR bonus* + VSOP (20% of annual base salary)

Remote policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Potsdam. This role requires local presence in your region and is not fully remote.

Your Role

HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have developed evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. As a Field Sales Manager you will be primarily responsible for the growth and development of your region. You will build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the German Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days when you are not working in the field, you can work flexibly from home.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and key contacts in your region through in-person and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, mail).
  • Targeted outreach: Identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers via face-to-face meetings.
  • Sales activities: Develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
  • Data analysis: Perform data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
  • Event participation: Represent the company at national specialist congresses, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content teams to achieve common goals.

Profile

Must haves
  • Resident of Bavaria, ideally in Nuremberg, Ingolstadt or Munich
  • Initial experience in sales or business development with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with motivation and experience in fast-paced environments
  • Empathy for the needs and goals of decision makers in healthcare
  • Confident use of digital applications and communication channels
  • Strong team skills to collaborate across departments
  • Willingness to travel within your region; company car provided and overnight stays as needed
  • German at native level and English fluent (company language)
Nice to haves
  • University degree in health sciences, psychology, business, management or marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, Digital Health, MedTech or Pharma
  • Established network in healthcare
  • Experience selling to physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists
  • Experience with trade show/event management
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar
