A fully remote option is not possible for this role because local presence in your region is required.
Salary bands (transparent): IC L1 Junior: €42,000 - €49,000 base + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (10% of annual base). IC L2 Mid-Level: €44,000 - €52,000 base + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (15% of annual base). IC L3 Senior: €58,000 - €72,000 base + €30,000 bonus* + VSOP (20% of annual base). Additional kicker for overperformance.
Your role
HelloBetter develops evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. As a Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the growth and development of your region. You will build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians and therapists and position our product portfolio and the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG) in the market. On days without field visits you may work flexibly from home.
Responsibilities
- Relationship management: build and maintain relationships with prescribers and other relevant contacts in your region through in-person and digital outreach (onsite/online meetings, phone, email, letters).
- Targeted outreach: identify and approach potential prescribers in practices and medical centers through face-to-face meetings.
- Sales measures: develop, implement and evaluate targeted sales strategies to market our psychological online courses.
- Data analysis: perform data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event participation: represent the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local physician network events and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Service and Content teams to reach shared goals.
Your profile
Must haves
- First experience in sales or business development with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and motivated, with initial experience in fast-paced environments.
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision makers in healthcare.
- Confident use of digital tools and communication channels.
- Strong teamwork skills across departments.
- Willingness to travel within your region, including use of a company car and overnight stays when necessary.
- German native-level proficiency and fluent English (company language).
Nice to haves
- University degree in healthcare, psychology, business, management or marketing.
- Experience in SaaS, digital health, medtech or pharma.
- Established network in the healthcare sector.
- Experience selling to physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists.
- Experience in trade show/event management and with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
