Enterprise Account Executive

Hello Patient is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition across healthcare organizations nationwide. You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close—while building trusted relationships with operators and executive decision-makers.

You will sell Mia, our AI-powered communication platform that automates high-volume patient conversations across phone, SMS, and chat, reducing administrative burden, improving patient experience, and capturing missed revenue.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will partner with leadership to strengthen messaging, ensure a seamless customer experience, and help scale a repeatable go-to-market motion.


What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Lead structured discovery, tailored demos, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups across operations, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to break into target healthcare organizations nationwide and develop account penetration plans for multi-location groups.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound, referrals, and strategic prospecting, and move deals from pilots to large-scale enterprise expansions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and build trusted relationships to unlock long-term growth.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot with discipline and accuracy and consistently exceed revenue goals in a commission-driven environment.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Implementation to share customer feedback and help build repeatable sales processes.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
  • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise deals (ideally $60K+ ACV).
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to generate your own pipeline.
  • Experience driving accounts from pilot engagements to enterprise-wide expansion and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • High ownership, self-direction, and comfort in early-stage environments.
  • Strong consultative discovery and demo skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow software.
  • Background at high-performing SaaS companies (mid-market or enterprise) and startup experience building sales motion from the ground up.
  • Experience selling nationally (not limited to a regional territory model).

Compensation & About Hello Patient

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $300,000 (uncapped). Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000. Equity: meaningful ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
