Compensation and Benefits
The base salary is $150,000 plus variable/commission. The total target compensation for this role is $300,000; there is no cap on variable pay. Heartflow offers a robust benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region, selling and promoting Heartflow’s FFRCT product by developing new accounts and expanding usage in current accounts. Responsibilities include driving sales, prospecting, quoting, closing new business, building relationships with key clinical stakeholders, educating customers, driving penetration within existing accounts, achieving sales goals, collaborating with the commercial team, coordinating team activities, gathering customer input, and utilizing salesforce.com. This is a home-based position with up to 30-50% travel.
Skills Needed
Proven sales skills and achievements, experience in cardiology sales (radiology experience is a plus), go-to-market planning for diagnostics or therapeutics, deep understanding of cardiovascular disease, problem-solving skills, physician education experience, tactical sales planning, high initiative, technical aptitude, CRM experience, teamwork and communication skills.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience
BA Degree with 10+ years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience in a cardiovascular environment. Medical device sales experience is required.
