Job Description and Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will represent Heartflow within a specific region, selling and promoting the FFRct product by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. The role involves:
  • Driving sales in new accounts including prospecting, quoting, and closing business
  • Building a pipeline and scheduling sales calls
  • Managing the sales process into new centers
  • Building relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, and clinical stakeholders
  • Educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions
  • Promoting technology penetration within existing accounts and building advocacy
  • Achieving sales goals in the assigned geography
  • Collaborating with the commercial team on adoption strategies
  • Coordinating activities of CT Applications specialists, Implementation Managers, and Billing Specialists to drive sales and customer service
  • Gathering customer input for product development and market strategy
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage business facets
  • Position is home-based with 30-50% travel

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales skills and achievements
  • Experience in cardiology sales (radiology a plus)
  • Understanding of go-to-market plans for diagnostic/therapeutic areas
  • Deep cardiovascular disease knowledge and practitioner relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in physician education on new technologies
  • Ability to create tactical sales plans for Heartflow technologies
  • Self-starter with high initiative and revenue-driving track record
  • Technical aptitude to discuss complex technology
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • BA Degree required
  • 10+ years healthcare and/or B2B sales experience in cardiovascular environment
  • Medical device sales experience required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $150,000 plus variable/commission with total target compensation of $300,000 and no cap on variable pay. Robust benefits package offered.
