Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will represent Heartflow in a specific geographic region (Phoenix, AZ / Albuquerque, NM) selling and promoting the Heartflow FFRct product, developing new accounts, and expanding usage in current accounts. The TSM will drive sales pipeline, manage the sales process, build relationships with clinicians, and educate customers on the product.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales at new accounts including prospecting, quoting, and closing new business.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned geography.
  • Schedule sales calls with current and potential customers.
  • Manage sales process into new centers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, and key clinical stakeholders to grow business.
  • Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition via presentations and discussions.
  • Drive penetration of technology within existing accounts.
  • Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians and stakeholders.
  • Promote and champion Heartflow to build advocacy.
  • Achieve sales goals in assigned geography.
  • Collaborate with commercial team for adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate activities of CT Applications specialists, Implementation Managers, and Field Billing Specialists.
  • Gather customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for business management.
  • Home-based position with 30-50% travel.

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales skills and achievements.
  • Experience in sales within Cardiology (radiology experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of go-to-market plans for new diagnostic or therapeutic areas.
  • Deep cardiovascular disease understanding and practitioner relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in physician education on new technologies.
  • Ability to create tactical sales plans for Heartflow technologies.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Track record of driving revenue.
  • Technical aptitude to explain complex technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

  • BA Degree.
  • 10+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience in cardio/cardiovascular environment.
  • Medical device sales experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary is $150,000 plus variable/commission. The total target compensation for this role is $300,000 with no cap on variable pay. Heartflow offers a robust benefits package.
