Compensation

The base compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is also eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) being $200,000 - $215,000. #LI-KS1

Responsibilities

  • Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a CCTA and FFRct clinical pathway. Develop and execute business development plans with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization including leadership, physician mentors, marketing, and clinical teams.
  • Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining relationships with referring physicians and educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition.
  • Meet/exceed quota for strategic accounts, focusing on CCTA growth and FFRct penetration.

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement.
  • Experience in account development and supporting clinical programs preferred.
  • Clinical/technical proficiency to learn and disseminate information.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders including cardiologists and referring physicians.
  • Cross-functional collaboration capability.
  • Customer-focused mentality and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

  • 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience.
  • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred.
  • Experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, or medical software highly desired.
  • Experience with new cardiovascular technologies introductions highly desired.
