Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region, working with customers to ensure their success with Heartflow’s cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The TAM drives adoption through a network of referring physicians and provides support, education, and solutions to build high customer satisfaction. Travel is approximately 20-25% from a home office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway by developing and executing business development plans with key account stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organization, including deploying internal leadership, organizing programs and road-shows, and coordinating with sales, marketing, market access, product development, and clinical teams.
  • Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining relationships with referring physicians, educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, and promoting the product to build advocacy.
  • Meet or exceed quota for strategic Heartflow accounts through cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth metrics.

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales skills with a track record of achievement.
  • Experience in account development and supporting clinical programs is preferred.
  • Quick learner with clinical/technical proficiency to disseminate information effectively.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate resources for customer support and program development.
  • Customer-focused mentality with strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving ability and work ethic.
  • Works well in a cross-functional team and effectively with diverse customers.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

  • 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience.
  • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
  • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software environments highly desired.
  • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Compensation

The base salary range is $125,000 - $140,000 depending on location and experience. Variable/commission potential brings total target compensation to $200,000 - $215,000.
