Job Description
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) represents Heartflow in a specific region, focusing on driving adoption of Heartflow's cardiovascular diagnostic technology among referring physicians like Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners, with about 20-25% travel expected from a home office.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with key Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFRct clinical pathways by developing and executing business plans with account stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organization utilizing leadership, physician mentors, events, and road-shows.
- Increase Heartflow usage in strategic accounts by building relationships with referring physicians, educating customers, promoting Heartflow, and advocating for the technology.
- Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and achieve growth in cCTA tests and FFRct case penetration.
Skills Needed
- Proven sales skills and record of achievement.
- Experience in account development and supporting clinical programs preferred.
- Clinical and technical proficiency to quickly learn and disseminate information.
- Relationship development with stakeholders including clinical and administrative personnel.
- Cross-functional teamwork to support customers and execute programs.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to explain medical technologies.
- Knowledge of cardiac diagnostic pathways preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, excellent problem solver, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience
- 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years experience.
- Prefers degrees in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical fields.
- Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software preferred.
- Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies in hospitals highly desired.
