Job Responsibilities

  • Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway by developing and executing business development plans with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration including leadership, physician mentors, marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams.
  • Increase Heartflow usage in assigned key accounts by building relationships with referring physicians, educating customers, and promoting Heartflow's value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for strategic Heartflow accounts, focusing on cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth over baseline in assigned accounts.

Skills Needed

  • Proven sales skills and track record of achievement.
  • Account development experience, especially building and supporting clinical programs.
  • Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to learn and teach new clinical/technical information.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key account stakeholders including physicians, admin, hospital marketing, and strategic personnel.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate resources to support customers and program development.
  • Customer-focused mentality and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

  • 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
  • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
  • Experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired.
  • Experience introducing cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired.

Compensation

Base compensation range: $125,000 - $140,000, dependent on location and experience. Eligible for variable/commission for a total target compensation of $200,000 - $215,000.
