Territory Account Manager - Buffalo / Rochester, NY

Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will represent Heartflow within a specific geographic region, working with customers to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The role involves driving adoption through referrals from physicians, supporting, educating, and building high customer satisfaction. Approximately 20-25% travel from a home office is expected.

Job Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway in key strategic Heartflow accounts, develop and execute business development plans with key stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and increase Heartflow usage through relationship-building, education, and promotion. Performance metrics include meeting/exceeding quotas and increasing cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.

Skills Needed

Proven sales skills, account development experience, clinical/technical proficiency, relationship-building with stakeholders, cross-functional coordination, customer-focus, ability to explain medical technologies, knowledge of cardiac pathways, self-motivation, problem-solving, strong work ethic, teamwork, communication skills, and CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred).

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales/clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience. Preferred degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical fields. Desired prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software, especially introducing cardiovascular technologies into hospitals.
