Territory Account Manager - Albuquerque, NM

The base salary range is $125,000 - $140,000 depending on location and experience, with eligibility for variable commission leading to total target compensation of $200,000 - $215,000.
Job Description: The Territory Account Manager (TAM) represents Heartflow in a specific geographic region, working with customers to ensure success with Heartflow’s cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The TAM drives adoption through networks of referring physicians, supports and educates accounts, and builds high customer satisfaction. Travel is approximately 20-25% from a home office.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with key Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway by developing and executing business development plans with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, utilizing internal leadership, physician mentors, organizing events like dinner programs, VIP visits, road-shows, and referring physician meetings. Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams.
  • Increase Heartflow usage in assigned accounts by maintaining relationships, educating customers on value proposition, and promoting Heartflow.
  • Performance evaluation based on quota achievement, cCTA growth, and FFRct case growth in accounts.
Skills Needed:
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of achievement.
  • Experience in account development and supporting clinical programs preferred.
  • Clinical/technical proficiency to learn and disseminate information.
  • Relationship building with key account stakeholders and clinicians.

  • Ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred.

  • Effective communication skills with professional etiquette.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
  • 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience.
  • Preferred degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field.
  • Highly desired prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software.
  • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly preferred.
