Job Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Designer, you will create intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences for web-based and PDF products, improving efficiency for internal teams and contributing to clinical product integration that impacts patient lives and revenue. Responsibilities include producing wireframes, user flows, and mockups, conducting user research and usability studies, collaborating across teams, maintaining design systems, advocating UX best practices, and problem-solving.
Skills Needed
Presentation and communication skills for design presentation, expertise in web and mobile UX design, adaptability, problem-solving, proficiency with prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC), and regulatory knowledge (preferred but not required), especially in medical device contexts.
Educational Requirements and Work Experience
BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years professional UX design experience, preferably in agile and prototype-focused environments, with SaMD experience and front-end web development highly preferred. Portfolio required.
Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $140,000 to $180,000 per year for the San Francisco Bay Area, plus cash bonus and equity.
