Their flagship product, the AI-driven Heartflow FFRCT Analysis, provides a color-coded 3D model of a patient's coronary arteries to indicate the impact of blockages on blood flow. Heartflow offers integrated heart care solutions across the CCTA pathway, including RoadMap Analysis, FFRCT Analysis, and Plaque Analysis, to help clinicians assess and characterize coronary artery stenoses and atherosclerosis.

They are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Developer passionate about creating advanced web applications to revolutionize healthcare. The role involves developing interactive, high-performance web applications impacting patient care, with responsibility for technical vision, architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing robust customer-facing web applications, mentoring engineers, collaborating with API, Product, QA, and UI/UX teams, ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance with FDA medical software regulations, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Required qualifications: BS in Computer Science or related field with 8 years experience, or MS/PhD with 6 years, or equivalent practical experience; strong proficiency in TypeScript and web technologies; experience building and deploying large-scale customer-facing web applications; leadership skills; experience with Agile methodologies; knowledge of web security best practices; DevOps experience; and familiarity or willingness to learn FDA compliance.
Preferred: Experience with Vue.js, AWS cloud services, regulated industry experience, and knowledge of healthcare technologies.
Base salary compensation estimated between $160,000 and $215,000, plus bonus and equity.
