Job Responsibilities
People Performance
- Leader of Supervisors, Sr. Supervisors, and Team Leads. May occasionally lead case analysts directly. Reports to Sr Director, Production.
- Ensures team members receive coaching to achieve their highest level of performance.
- Promptly addresses performance issues.
- Owns daily achievement of service, productivity & quality goals. Develops strategies and tactics to deliver results.
- Maintain team compliance with quality systems and quality policies. Reviews KPIs and takes corrective actions.
- Ensures broader team is aware of performance success and opportunities. Create presentations to communicate metrics and updates to production and management when needed.
- Recommends analyses that will provide additional insights to performance.
- Supports process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Creates a positive culture with an emphasis on collaboration, teamwork, improvement, and winning.
- Works to ensure consistency across sites and leadership teams. Coordinates with other Managers and Supervisors to create and align policies and procedures.
- Available outside regular business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- POC for Director of Ops.
- Production control responsibilities include managing resource demands from outside departments and coordinating with the Supervisors or Team Leads to ensure we can support the projects with the required resources. We also plan work and direct personnel to achieve objectives.

Education & Work Experience
- Case analyst certification and experience processing cases, or 5 plus years of leadership experience with the ability to learn technical processes.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/manager role is preferred.
- B.S. or Technical Degree required.
Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $125,000 to $140,000, cash bonus, and equity.
