Position summary
The Implementation Manager will lead customer implementations and onboarding for Heartflow's clinical solutions across the Texas territory. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams (clinical, customer success, product and sales), delivering training to clinical and technical staff, ensuring successful go-live at hospital and imaging centers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires regional travel between Houston and Dallas and working closely with customers to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience in clinical implementations, medical device or healthcare software deployments preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally and work on-site with customers.
- Comfort working with clinical teams and technical stakeholders.
