Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The Implementation Manager will lead the integration process of Heartflow’s technology into customer accounts, working closely with customers and commercial teams to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include managing implementation projects, providing training, resolving technical issues, documenting customer feedback, tracking project progress, and ensuring high adoption of Heartflow products. The position requires up to 50% travel and involves leading customer teams and managing the entire workflow build process.

Key skills include strong customer focus, problem-solving under pressure, knowledge of hospital operations and tech implementations, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and delegate, and relevant expertise in digital health technologies or healthcare IT. Experience with Salesforce or cardiology-related clinical or product knowledge is preferred.

The role requires a BS, MS, or relevant degree in engineering or sciences, with at least 3 years of technical or clinical experience (or 5+ years equivalent). Project/program management experience and extensive experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems are required. Clinical background and digital health or regulated environment experience are preferred.
