The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) oversees and manages all clinical operational activities at the trial and site levels. They collaborate with Heartflow clinical research staff, site coordinators, investigators, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality clinical study execution. Responsibilities include managing study sites, documentation, and vendors, developing trial timelines and materials, leading process improvements, conducting startup activities, reviewing regulatory documents for compliance, maintaining effective working relationships, and other duties to support successful study completion.

The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a small team with a hands-on attitude, manage multiple shifting priorities, maintain high attention to detail, and possess knowledge of ICH Guidelines, US FDA, and European clinical trial regulations. Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are required.

A Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in cardiovascular medical device clinical research is a plus.
