The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) oversees and manages all clinical operational activities at the trial and site level. The CTM interacts with Heartflow Clinical Research staff, onsite and field staff, clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and vendors to ensure clinical studies meet or exceed timelines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities include managing clinical research activities, clinical study sites, study documentation, vendors, clinical trial timelines, enrollment projections, instructional materials, process improvement activities, study start-up activities, reviewing regulatory documents, maintaining effective working relationships, and other duties required to successfully complete studies.

Ability to work in a smaller team environment with a willing attitude, manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities, high attention to detail, knowledge of ICH Guidelines, US FDA, and European clinical trial requirements, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field required, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Experience in cardiovascular medical device clinical research is a plus.
