Job Responsibilities
The Clinical Field Specialist, CT is responsible for optimizing customers’ imaging programs and workflows by assisting with the proper use of Heartflow products related to CT quality, systems, and processes. The role includes traveling to customer sites to deliver training and build relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other customer representatives. Key duties include assessing the customer lifecycle, optimizing coronary CT programs, recommending improvements, delivering virtual and live training, maintaining documentation, capturing feedback, and staying up-to-date with CT technology innovations. This position requires up to 80% travel and the ability to take on-call responsibilities periodically.
Skills Needed
Expert knowledge of cardiac CT is required. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and proven success in building relationships are important.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience
Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of cardiac CTA experience. Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or be Board Certified in Radiology.
