Tennessee-Remote Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor

Posted on July 20, 2025 (about 11 hours ago)

Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting applications from providers licensed in Tennessee.
Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. Schedule consistency may take a few weeks to achieve due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations.
The pay rate for Tennessee starts at $70-$75 per session. Rates vary by individual factors and state and are determined based on location, licensure, experience, specializations, and other considerations. Sessions are 60 minutes for intake and 45 minutes for follow-ups, with concurrent note-taking included in the session rate.
Therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Work must be provided within the United States (50 states only, no territories like Puerto Rico). Data and personal health information may not be accessed or used outside the US.
