About the Client Executive, Partnerships at Headspace:
The Client Executive, Partnerships is a crucial client-facing role within the Client Success Partnerships (CSP) team, responsible for driving value and growth within the B2B channel partner ecosystem. They manage a portfolio exceeding $9 million in revenue and achieved a 105% Annual Revenue Retention rate last year.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for mid-market clients acquired through reseller partners, focusing on client engagement and success goals. The team is implementing a strategic framework to deliver a best-in-class client experience and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily client success activities for mid-market clients via channel partners, including onboarding, engagement, and renewal support.
Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship manager, helping clients achieve employee mental health goals.
Ensure seamless communication and alignment on client strategy, reporting, and renewals between clients and partners.
Develop and execute client success plans with metric-based reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate Headspace's impact and value.
Autonomously manage the renewal process, ensuring timely renewals and retention while escalating as needed.
Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years in client-facing roles like Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
Experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or digital health preferred.
Proven ability managing client portfolios and contributing to renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Experience handling complex client relationships, especially involving third-party partners or vendors.
Strong communication and presentation skills to build relationships and convey value to diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset for navigating complex or ambiguous client situations.
Collaborative spirit with willingness to contribute to team best practices and mentor others.
Location and Work Model:
Remote in the US or Hybrid for San Francisco (SF) and Los Angeles (LA).
Candidates must permanently reside in the US full time.
Hybrid model involves working 3 days per week from the office for candidates in SF and LA.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range: $75,000-$105,000 + equity + benefits.
Compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and education.
