The HappyMed video glasses are an innovative medical device that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps patients to distract their minds and reduces the need for medication. The glasses are easy to use and convincing. With the third product generation, we are market leaders in the DACH region.

Job Details
98% digital sales, primarily inside sales with flexible work arrangements. Your working hours can be organized flexibly in agreement with us, and you can choose your workplace freely. Training will take place for 1-2 weeks in Vienna, and presence will be occasionally required afterward. Performance is valued over hours, allowing you flexibility with your work schedule.
Annual salary starting at €45,000 gross plus commissions. Higher pay is possible for greater qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
- Main contact for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
- Phone contact with existing contacts and new client acquisition, following leads from online and offline marketing activities
- Contacting prospects on LinkedIn
- Product presentations via video conferences
- Organizing and supporting product trials
- Creating offers
- Occasional attendance at trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20%)
- Regular communication with existing customers and CRM documentation
- Management and review of HappyMed rental contracts
- Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10%)
- Lead enriching in CRM
- Preparation and organization of trade fairs
- Conducting post mailings
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry. Career changers from the health sector (e.g., hospitals) are also welcome
