20h/W Part-time Job in Product Department (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working with soldering irons, multimeters, 3D printers, laser cutters, and electronics and are looking for a job with a lot of freedom and appreciation?

Born in the HappyLab in 2014, HappyMed has become a market leader in audiovisual sedation via video goggles in the German-speaking market. The goggles are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them get their minds off things quickly and require less medication. The use of the goggles is easy to explain and convincing.

We are now looking for someone to support us in the Product Department. For the position, we offer a monthly salary starting at €1,250 gross for 20h/week (1,060 € net x 14). Higher remuneration is possible with higher qualifications and professional experience.

We are a small, family-like team with a meaningful mission next to Augarten, we laugh a lot together and value positive interactions. And since we value performance over hours, you can start the weekend early when the work is done.

Your tasks:

• Assembling and quality assurance of products
• Monitoring inventory and reordering
• Shipping and administration of orders
• Handling support cases
• Repairing and maintenance of products
• Customer communication

What you should bring:

• Enjoy working with electronics and tools.
• You are reliable.
• You work structured, independently, and performance-oriented.
• You have an optimistic character and like to laugh.
• You think solution-oriented and suggest improvements in all areas of the company independently.
• You enjoy creative special projects tasks.
• Time to come to the office on Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday (flexible).
