Founded in 2014 in the HappyLab, HappyMed is now the market leader in the field of audiovisual sedation via video glasses in the German-speaking market. The video glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch films, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them distract themselves faster and reduces the need for medication. The application of the glasses is simple and convincing.

We are now looking for someone to support us in the Product Department. We offer a monthly salary starting at €1,250 gross for 20 hours per week (€1,060 net x 14). Willingness to overpay is possible with higher qualifications or professional experience.

We are a small, familial team with a meaningful mission near the Augarten, that laughs a lot together and values a positive working atmosphere. Since we value performance more than hours, you can sometimes start your weekend earlier if the work is done.

Your Tasks:

Assembly and quality assurance of products
Monitoring inventory and reordering
Shipping and administration of orders
Handling support cases
Repair and maintenance of products
Communication with customers
