Born in the HappyLab in 2014, HappyMed has become the market leader in the field of audiovisual sedation via video glasses in the German-speaking market. The glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch films, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps patients to distract themselves quickly and reduces the need for medication. The use of the glasses is simple and convincing.
We are now looking for someone to support us in the Product Department. The position offers a monthly salary starting at €1,250 gross for 20 hours per week (approximately €1,060 net x 14). Willingness to pay more is given for higher qualifications or professional experience.
We are a small, family-like team with a meaningful mission near Augarten, that laughs a lot together and values a positive working atmosphere. Since we value performance over hours, you can sometimes start your weekend earlier if the work is done.
Your Tasks:
- Assembly and quality assurance of products
- Monitoring stock levels and reordering
- Shipping and administration of orders
- Handling support cases
- Repair and maintenance of products
- Communication with customers
